Another unlucky Duke energy mishap here. Look, I know it's in the best interest of the community to clear branches away from the power lines but these guys are the ultimate butchers. They cleared 2 large limbs of all the branches and left 15 foot limbs just hanging out. The lower limb is completely intertwined with the 3 telecom lines but didn't even trim them. At this point I need to now pay to remove the tree provided I could even get a permit from the city. It is a massive eyesore now. Not 1 guy on the team spoke english when I told them to cut the limb.
