Absolutely superb food, modulo for the rather ho-hum freeze-dried carrots. The chef did a great job of accommodating my seafood incompatibility. Eccentric (and rather overpriced) wine, which had about a 60% hit rate - but avoid the Le Close Saint-Vincent rose. Highly professional service that relaxed (in a good way) later in the evening. Value for money: so-so.
