The hostess situation is a joke. Always empty tables and it takes 10 minutes to be seated. There will literally be three hostesses discussing where to seat a party for 5 minutes. Their food is good more often than not, actually its almost always very good. The service though, it's either complete apathy or some over the top act of plastic smiles and cheese. The sad truth is that this is still the best place to eat downtown.
