My Division had them as a Support position and the...

My Division had them as a Support position and they did not deliver to our expectations. There was a new company that took over after they failed to assist with Support. There way no professionalism and it felt like we were second class citizens when we would call them for support, like we should be the IT Guru s, when they were paid to be that piece for us. Very much disappointed and feel bad for anyone else who ends up in this position.
