This is my first-time ordering from BGLH, I decided to place an order because my sister gave a good report about the products you sell. I placed my order in July and I received my products today. As I was trying to open the bag I realized that the bag is very greasy. As I open the bag I see one of my shea butter products has a crack in the container and all of the shea butter is at the bottom of the bag. In order for this not to happen again include bubble wrap with your mail-order and plus put on the label that it is Fragile. I don't mind supporting my black sisters and brothers but I don't know if I would patronize this company again. First impressions is everything. I have a picture of the bag that it came in from the post office and the cracked shea butter.
