To quote the last reviewer, if there was a zero star, or below, this would be the rating. I have always ordered through Advance Auto, and happened to find a better price on one item from Pep Boys. Not only is their ordering online process not user friendly, their customer service agents are completely powerless to assist in fixing problems. Try calling the corporate number, good luck... there's no contact to the company via this number for consumers - a VERY poor business model to go by. This will be my first, and last time doing business with a company like this. Absolutely terrible.
