Thank you for taking the time and the trouble to answer me ... eleven months after the publication of my first opinion ;-) At the same time, we are not in the "reactivity" since it will have taken more than three years to operate a terminal.

In view of this delay, it therefore does not seem that my comments are inappropriate as you would suggest (in any case, there is no conflict of interest unlike your employee "responsible for communication and marketing "which gives you five stars).

If I have published several, which I presume you have just discovered, I have done so spaced out - here are respectively six, nine, ten and eleven months -, leaving you each time the time to answer ... Radio silence unfortunately. No response either to my countless attempts to contact via LinkedIn, Facebook, phone, etc. This is why I certainly let off steam a little, but isn't it legitimate when a company does not respond to any of your requests? ;-)

You will easily understand that after three years, I can be negative. Would you not be in such a situation? You mention an audit in 2018, but you had already intervened, in particular in April 2017 (estimate for the replacement of a cylinder sent to the town hall). I do not doubt the "general" seriousness of your company or its references. Simply, seen from my window, it is difficult for me to be satisfied when a terminal installed in July 2015 only works for three short weeks and then breaks down, only to be repaired in September 2018 (38 months of breakdown). ). My bad ratings are not aimed at your products themselves or their quality, but a delay that I consider unreasonable.

Update 9/13/18. After 38 months, the charging station worked for a few days (early September), then broke down again, then started working again, then just broke down again. And the manufacturer allows himself to criticize my opinions! Either ... Everyone will draw the consequences he wishes.
Response from the municipality: "The terminal malfunction is due to a technical problem with its power supply. The malfunction will not be resolved immediately." So unfortunately still my criticisms are valid. I would have preferred not to have had to formulate them, for quality equipment to have been installed from the start and to be able to give Urbaco 5 stars ... believe me!
