In November 2019, I bought a reservation for 12 nights at Leopold Hotel with TUI Portugal
Brussels EU, in the period from 16/07/2020 to 28/07/2020.
The trip was planned, I bought air tickets and tickets to Tomorroland Belgium.
It happens that in April / 20, due to the global pandemic of COVID-19, the Tomorrowland event was canceled, I communicated to TUI to see what could be done and communicated the hotel that totally ignored my emails, without any answer.
As I bought the reservation with TUI, it was there that I went to expose the case, and in April nothing could be done, until then everything was OK, because the airline kept the flight.
I was willing to receive a voucher to reschedule the trip, however after 3 months of rolling and being made a puppet, I want a refund of the amount paid.
On 05/21/2020 I informed TUI that the airline canceled the flight and that there would be no way for me to arrive in Belgium and the reservation remains active.
We are three days away from the trip and nobody gives a position, I have 650.32 already paid and flying around.
TUI received its commissioning, the hotel the reservation and the consumer who sucks.
