We used Beresford Adams to provide a probate valuation on our late Mother's bungalow. They were just brilliant at a very difficult time, so when we came to put the bungalow on the market we had no hesitation in asking them sell it for us. Once again we can't praise and thank everyone enough for there friendly, professional and excellent service throughout what transpired to be a longer than expected sale. Thanks so much to the whole team, Louise, Cherry, Katrina, Tuin and especially Amy who endured a lot of hassle on our behalf and who never lost her sense of humour or professionalism. The only thing I would do differently is to use an independent conveyancer rather than CCS. Would we recommend Beresford Adams..... I think you can already judge that our answer is a resounding YES, without hesitation or reservation.
