UPDATE 10/7/2020: A federal ombudsman reached out to me to help me try to figure out how to stop the school from Pauline my financial aid even though I do not attend this school. When a United States government official from the US education department inspector general office cannot even get a straight answer from full sail University, it s time to lawyer up. The school will not communicate in writing except for robotic messages. It s a sham of an institution and shameful. No one has a direct line at this institution you have to go through people like Senior Enrollment advisor Neal Harvey, who enjoy mistreating students in those interested in attending this school and should be fired.

UPDATE 10/2/2020: They refused to honor any request to withdraw and I ultimately had no choice but to file a US DEPT of EDUCATION OCR COMPLAINT on this institution.

Original: When it comes to communication, full sail appears to have a strong regard of the left hand doesn t know what the right hand is doing. I would call in one day and have to follow up within a couple hours and received conflicting answers for basic tasks such as financial aid and enrollment. I have never dealt with a school that officially used the statement, we have thousands of students how do you even expect us to follow up with any emails.

Apparently they don t care about their student base and I ve never seen a school have such a lack of consideration and even go to the point of stating we don t care that you have written documentation of contacting us you are failing in contacting us regardless of proof. This was all said by senior advisor Who does not belong in a position Of working with the public based on how his responses work.

I ve never seen a school have such a terrible lack of organization.
