Management leaves a lot to be desired. There s very little to no communication and customer service has been non existent in my experience. A home is a sacred place- a refuge for residents and that s something Preiss fails to understand or respect. I m just a few months into my lease and love our home- it s everything I could want but my experience in dealing with the management company has left me hating my home and the entire experience of living in a Preiss managed property. Please be aware that my one star rating is simply because Google does not have an option to give a lesser review- a more appropriate rating would be 0. I rarely take the time to write a negative review because it s often not productive but I ve found myself at an impasse with a management company that doesn t want to take an active role in developing solutions, problem solving, or offering basic customer service and others should be aware. With numerous apartment options and various management companies, I d encourage potential residents to look elsewhere- someone else will appreciate and respect your residency better.

Additional Update- I sent an email over a week ago to the email provided in the response from Priess. I m still awaiting a reply- this has been very consistent with my experience in working with Preiss in its entirety.
