Incredibly rude staff member. Cold called our firm today and slammed the phone down as soon as I said we already have someone dealing with our phones. You should really look at how your staff is dealing with people or you won't have a business for much longer. I get it that you all have a target to reach and commission to earn, but if you can't take a polite "no" for an answer, you are in the wrong industry.
