Very impressed with hotel grounds as we drove up to the entrance. You have to park the car yourself which was unexpected as my booking stated free valet parking but it wasn't a big deal, car park is right ny the entrance and there were enough parking spaces. Check-in was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly- a special thank you to Alexa and Mary who made my family and I feel very welcome immediately. We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, one of those was facing the Mangrove which was gorgeous, especially at sunset. I didn't get a chance to, but you can rent a kayak and explore the Mangrove. There is a Waitrose less than 200 metres away which is handy when you fancy some snacks but you don't want to pay for room service. Ram, from housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room and left a lovely note on the bed wishing us a terrific day. The breakfast was delicious, lots of options and everything was fresh. The service at breakfast was a little slow considering it was quiet but they were always happy to help. Infinity pool looks out on Mangrove, you can order drinks and lounge around as there was plenty of seating. There is also a well-equipped gym. All in all, a very clean and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend!
