I am being told I owe an outstanding balance for hospital stay. My insurance co. says no I don't. This place never contacted my insurance, only the hospital. Supposedly the hospital contacted insurance, which supposedly said they are not responsible (which is not what they've been telling me for a year). But, get this, the woman I spoke to has no idea, how info was communicated (i.e phone, email, postal mail) nothing. No idea who the contact at the hospital is, zero proof they ever checked on this BUT still say i have to pay. Now does this sound right to you??? Then I was told I couldn't talk to anyone else including lawyers. The only person you can contact is totally clueless to their operation. Scary
