Horrible experience with this place when it comes ...

Horrible experience with this place when it comes to human nature and customer service.
Several months ago I had to buy a car for my daughter after hers was totaled by my wife. The car was needing a few things to bring it to safe vehicle to drive.
In March after using Rockauto before for my truck, I processed another order for several parts for my car and my daughter's.
Shortly after that, my wife filed for divorce, took my daughter's car and I was required to move. I was unable to put the order I placed together to use, as I would have to wait until things settled and was able to have my daughter's car returned.
As of 3 weeks ago I was able to repossess the car back from my ex wife.
With the parts in hand I noticed that the master window switch was not a correct fit, as the car is a late model 2010 versus early which made the issues that most 2010 parts don't fit necessarily. Using Rockauto system to order, and look up parts, the switch I ordered was not right at all.
I contacted Rockauto in regards to this matter. Noticing that they have a no return policy, I contacted directly and hoped that there could be resolved instead of no option to receive a correct part, or returned money.
I asked if I could pay a restocking fee, and any additional charges to exchange the part that was only about 70.00 dollars so I could get the correct part for my daughter's car.
After two emails discussing my situation, and currently unemployed from a serious car accident, Rock auto staff sent back a message stating, " It does not matter who you talk to, you will not be getting a part requested, or any return at all."
To summary, human kindness, and decency of true customer service is not evident with this business. They are a true heartless online company that stays disengaged from customers by not actually helping a customer when it is necessary.
I have a useless part that can't be used for my car an no ability to exchange anywhere for correct part.
Personally this will no longer be a place to order parts from and will be expressed to everyone I can. Rockauto company treats their customers poorly, who helps make serious profits off American people, and can't find decency to help in any situation that was not controllable.
