Absolutely horrible customer service. I called to follow up on when I can expect to be refunded for my core that was returned almost two months ago. Instead of trying to help Shawn was a complete smartass and made several condescending remarks. When I asked to be transferred to a supervisor who might be more interested in handling this issue in a more professional manner he refused and informed me that anybody else I speak to will take the same course of action. I attempted 3 more times to ask for another CSR or supervisor to no avail. At this point I've issued a denial of payment to American Express and will no longer be doing any business with Rock Auto.
