Using this banana republic company is like living in a third world country with designated blackout times always between 2 and 7 pm on weekends. No matter how many times it occurs they will never fix their system or materials to prevent it. Do not attempt working from home with this power company. It will be impossible. This is what indolence and lack of competition does to a company.
