I cannot begin to describe the experience that I had this past Thursday with this dealership. I had less than perfect credit and explained this over the phone. To say that Mario Rendon is an excellent salesman is an understatement. He actually listened to me, what I wanted and what was in my budget. This is the first time that I have ever had a car salesman actually listen to me. He was patient and basically walked the entire lot until I found what I wanted and could afford. In previous experiences I was always waiting 5+ hours to finalize paperwork and have the keys in my hand. From the moment I spoke with Mario, to finalizing the paperwork with Mark, this was the most fantastic experience I have ever had with a dealership and I am so grateful!
