Unhappy and sad with the customer service obtained...

Unhappy and sad with the customer service obtained at showroom during purchase. Unprofessional staff along with sarcastic comments and unclear instructions, no empathy. Only good thing- Mercedes as a brand rocks so the car is awesome. But extremely scared as for future dealings will have to go to the showroom again for servicing/repairs.
