I miss understood the parts ordering person when I ordered my key fob. I thought I paid for a new key fob and the programming at the time of ordering. I was surprised to be told I had not and had an outstanding balance.
The ordering person did not explain clearly or did not know the process for programming a new key fob. He made it sound as though within 30 minutes I ll be on my way (wrong)!
It needs to be explained that the time a person schedule an appointment is just the sign-in time NOT the time a technician will begin work on your vehicle. I over heard this explained to another customer when I was waiting.
Also, when is courtesy ride returning? I noticed a dealership across the street has one. I was not expecting to have to wait 2 hours for my service. If I had known the above I would have made other arrangements.
Although staff was courteous, my unmet expectations left me frustrated.
