Betabrand used to be great, awesome even. Over the past year their quality control and customer service have tanked. Always try on the clothes you're buying. The sizing is different not just between different styles, but between every article. I've had to return clothes this year because they were not labeled correctly, yes, the sewn-in label was the incorrect size. Their return system sucks. They've disconnected their customer service phone line, and it took a month the for them to reply to an email the last time I had an issue with my order. It then took another 3 months to find a solution. In my last email I expressed how disappointed I was and how I didn't think I would be a returning customer, which they did not even bother to reply to. Their store has a dwindling supply of their clothes and the staff are generally useless since they don't know the products they're selling.
