At 755 Avenue Road, owned by Akelius, we found the perfect solution: a fully renovated suite that is roomy and well laid out. The finish is highend: Bosch appliances in the kitchen, Euro fixtures in the bathrooms, beautiful engineered wood flooring throughout.

Akelius rep, Nasrin Javadi was very helpful through out the whole rental application process. Now that we have moved in, we have contacted Akelius via their 800 number, the local office and the onsite caretaker. In all cases they have been helpful and responsive.
