Handicapped, I am left in misery.

Handicapped, I am left in misery.

Cramif does not do its work in time and in hours.
Recommended letters sent repeatedly, telephone calls, mails and faxes,
it is useless, they never answer.
Too much waiting and quite a lot of abuse on the documents requested and on the management of these.
Poor organisation . I am not satisfied with Cramif.
