I have lived at The Village for a few years now and have seen the different management styles they have undergone. The old managers ran this place into the ground, but the changes they have made over the past year are why I renewed again. When I first moved in here, there was a trash problem and I was worried about security... but they changed the lights out so it is bright in the parking lot and their security are so much better. I'm a server so most of the time I don't get off work until late and I always see the security guards walking around. They always make me feel safe. With the trash, they have valley trash which is BOMB. I noticed there are so many pest reviews but I have never had a problem. They come and spray my apartment every week. The managers and the other employees always remember me and my dog by name! I have read so many of these reviews and LOLed because most of it is their own fault.
