I bought a brand new mower at the sears store in Rockford il, and i used it three times before it stopped working. I was told it had a warranty but i had to bring it to the auto center, so i got out of work early borrowed a truck to take it to the auto center to have it looked at. I was told it would be two weeks before anyone could even look at it because they were so backed up with other defective mowers. Think about that one store is booked for two weeks just on bad mowers, that they are selling. On top of that i followed all of the troubleshooting in the owners manual like buying new oil, spark plugs, and, air filters just for them to not work this is a huge waste of money do not buy craftsman mowers.
