The Princesa building was a prison in colonial times. In this place, the Spanish government, like the United States, executed dozens of Puerto Ricans. It was a time when the one born in this blessed land did not enjoy the protection of anyone. Therefore, any external court, Spanish or American, felt that it had the right to end the lives of Puerto Ricans. Today, this building is occupied by the Tourism Company, although the blood of our brothers is latent in the bricks of the dungeons that last here as a memory of the cruelty that our country suffers today in other forms of mistreatment under the American boot.
