I was served with a civil sue back in August 2019 I wish I had known about this office before. Like any scared person I didn t really know what was expected and paid the account but was harassed. I was also pregnant and scared and couldn t show up for the court hearing. I got yet another Civil sue and received a letter from them that they could help. I was relieved granted I ve dealt with multiple people that s the only thing I didn t like and then the new names. Overall great professional people to work with that treat you decent have empathy. If you have an issues or don t understand these are the people to go to and will help you truly on your side.
Thank you JP Ward offices for helping me definitely will use you guys if I ever need y all again.
