As I was finishing up my doctorate in chemistry, I was looking for a place to start my career. However, many entry-level places would not hire me as a result of being over-educated and higher level positions required work experience.

I applied with Noll and worked with Doug. It was the best move I could have made. Initially, I was placed in a soils laboratory where I was able to prove that I was a hard worker and willing to do what was needed. After receiving positive feedback about my work, Doug found me a temp-to-hire position that fit my educational background perfectly. I have been hired as a permanent biotechnologist and love my work. It was made possible by Doug and Noll!

You may have to work hard to prove yourself, but if you can do that, I definitely recommend working with Noll Human Resources!
