Staff are very nice, polite and friendly. However i believe the service dept is OVER BOOKED! I had an appointment for 10:30 to have my winter tires put on. I was told it would be an hour. I was ok with that and made sure they knew i was waiting. It took over 2 & 1/4 hours!! More than double the time! Not acceptable service...may look at taking my business elsewhere.
