This is the worst insurance company that I ever heard of. I had call several times today before 11:00 am just like a bill collection agency will do and still haven't talk to a manager yet. They only have one manager for each department and the reps that answer the phone in claims likes to talk over you. Manager is always in a meeting they will never call back. On my scale I will this company negative - 100. This company get no stars.
