Bought tickets and arrived early for our reservation as recommended (our reservations were for 7:30) waited in line until 1am (over 5 hours) and we were only about halfway through the line. So we went to try to get a refund and they refused. Tried to file a dispute with my bank and 3 weeks later was told they can t get my money back.
