Is rated as one of the hottest restaurants in Lima, Peru. Its menu is based in typical Peruvian ingredients presented in a gourmet style... In a guided set menu with 10 or 17 sampling plates ... Some of them are really good, some are not depending on your taste ... The place is nice and the service is very good since they focus into wrapping the costumer on a travel eating experience..., since each of their plates is made from a ingredient typical from a different region in Peru... The waiting staff carefully explains in a detailed manner the making of each plate and are cordially open to curious questions from patrons
I went there twice, and it seems that it attracts a lot of tourists and business people that want to have a taste of Peruvian culture and dining...
PD. they only open for dinner service, and since it is one of the hottest places to eat now in Lima, you have to make reservations quite in advance...
