Currently living at 618 Lonsdale Street. Concierges are great but the true shining star has to be Lisa. Best described as being a mother to the building and its residents, she's always there to assist anyone if they're in need of help. She greets everyone who passes by the desk which gives the building such a lovely, homely feel. Her attention to detail is spot on, and she actively asks if there are any issues in the apartments which she could help resolve. Our mother, who comes to visit us several times a year also thinks that Lisa is great and she's happy that there's someone to look out for us when she goes home. She's always willing to go the extra mile to make our living experience better. All I can say is you guys should give her a raise ;)
