I had a better experience at this clinic than at the walk-in clinic on Northwest. The doctor was kind but not the most professional. It seemed as though they were understaffed and he was very busy (too busy to check the paperwork regarding my visit before entering the exam room). I had to wait a very long time, and the clinic wasn't particularly busy. It's a decent walk-in clinic, if you have time to wait. I wouldn't go there for a regular appointment.
