I ordered products on 8/22/20 expected 2-3 weeks delay with COVID. I paid additional $17 for priority insulated packaging with ice packs I received an update on 9/11/20 that the order was shipped Priority Mail. On 9/19/20 I requested a status of the order. On 9/22/20 the products and ice packs was received melted. I was out of town and emailed to advise the products were melted and asked why the products took so long to be received a couple times and if there was anything else I could do to salvage the products when I returned home on 9/27/20. Neither question was answered and since I'm not home to send photos, basically nothing will be done. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service & lack of empathy when clearly it took a month to receive products that they knew would be melted. I tried support the business spending $68.20 but they lost a customer who would have spent more money and referred more customers to shop. Oh well.
