Alright. It is time to voice out about this place....

Alright. It is time to voice out about this place. Although, I have always been a loyal customer to this place and happy with the quality of service I get every time, this time was a game changer.
Every 6 month I take my vehicle to this place to do maintenance and all required services IF it needs thu. I do not put many mileage on my vehicle. On average 500 miles each month. So, let s say 3000 miles every 6 months at most.
Each time per their advice I get my oil and filters changed. Regardless of mileage. Last time I got a coupon as a loyal customer to do all services for $0.99. So happy and proud of this place who I have chosen. I used this coupon this time and once they saw it I was told by the guy at the counter that you don t need filters because it needs to be changed every 15000 miles, you don t need to get oil changed because it needs every 8-10k to do so. Just will do inspections this time.
I was like WHAT??? This is the same guy who took care of me last time. So, I go what about all these 3 years being your customer and get all those items changed regardless of mileage? I asked him to pull up all my records. He reviews and goes yeah, you re right . Every time I have been there, I got oil and filters changed. Regardless of mileage.
I understand they need to take care of their business but this is so wrong to take advantage of people's honesty and lack of vehicle knowledge.
Very disappointed, very unhappy. I felt I was fooled all the times I have been there. So shady about all services. I lost all my trust to this place.
BTY, How do I know I got the oil and filters changed each time???
