I placed an order for a chair on 7 May which stated that it was in stock and available for next day delivery (11 May due to the bank holiday weekend). Heard nothing on 11 May (not surprising, given the reviews) but then had an email on 12 May stating that the chair wasn't in stock and i could either have the same chair in another colour in 3-5 days or i could wait for the original chair to become available in 3 weeks. Given the reviews i decided i just wanted to be shot of the company so i replied and said i didn't want either, just a refund please, and I haven't heard anything since. I've chased up today but am not hopeful for any kind of response. How can they continue to take peoples money? I will be reporting to trading standards. Shameful
