Purchased my product on the 9th March... I was told 3-5 working day delivery, I was totally fine about this due to recent circumstances.

on the 16th March, I requested a refund and was told they will file this through and it will take 3-5 working days until I receive my refund.

23rd March, I was told it wouldn't take 3-5 working days now because they have put it on urgent to the finance team.

On the 26th March, I'm still waiting for my refund (TOTAL OF 10 Days) since my first call requesting my money back!! This is absolutely disgusting... if you cant keep up with the volume of payments/ customers then don't take them!! you're quick enough to take my payment.

UGLY Customer Service, will not come to this business with my custom ever again. Both times i have called they have said they would copy in the finance manager... however nothing has been done about it !!!
