I made an appointment 4 business days in advance, dropped off my vehicle at 8am only to be notified at 4pm that they wouldn't be able to get to till the next day. The rental was coming out of my pocket and I would have to keep it possibly 2 more days because they would have to order the part. The service manager assured me he would make it right and take care of my rental and help in anyway he could. The next morning I was quoted an outrage price for something I had done 2 months ago so notified the adviser they went over and rectified it. But when I went in to pick it up the bumped up the price again because I handed them the bill which I had already paid for the rental! After much back and forth I still ended paying 10.00 more plus 3 days of rental. It was very unsettling.
