"We received a high volume of applications for this position, and although your application was impressive, candidates invited to the next stage of the process were slightly better suited to the requirements of the role. The candidates we progressed with had stronger experience managing social media for similar sized organisations. We appreciate the time that you took to apply for this position and wish you all the best in your future career.Kind regards"
To then find they've posted the job on LinkedIn 2 days later and back readvertised on indeed yesterday, clearly didn't receive 'stronger experienced candidates'.
