I don't know what's going on with this place latel...

I don't know what's going on with this place lately. I've been a patient for years and never had a problem until they were moved to the Grayson Rd location. Apparently I missed an appointment and had to pay the fee, but I never got a reminder call! I understand that I'm responsible for remembering when I have an appointment, but as long as I've been a patient here, I have always gotten a call to remind me, so I've relied on that...especially when most of my appointments are scheduled 2 or 3 months in advance. And on top of that, when I came in for today's appointment I was charged a "specialty visit" copay whereas in the past I've always only paid the copay for a regular "office visit" (a $15 difference...not a lot of money but almost double what I was expecting to pay). The psychiatrists and therapists are great, but I feel like the company is taking advantage of people for $$$
