Review of DotHouse Health

From both my research and experience, DotHealth's COVID pre-testing procedure is unclear, not transparent, and inconvenient. Their website lists the days and times they test and claims that no one will be turned away. However, despite arriving well before their testing period was over and waiting in line for some time, I was turned away and told to come back the next day. Apparently, you have to arrive at certain periods of the day (the beginning of their testing period, for one; other times? unclear) and get a ticket/slip with a time slot saying when you should come back to get tested, making it a two-step process to get tested here, which was not explicit on their website whatsoever. I appreciate DotHealth's work, but I write this review to let other folks know about the process, and to ask DotHealth to make their COVID testing process clearer both on their website and on premises (no signage or representatives besides at the very front of the line). I acknowledge that these are trying times and testing demand is at an all-time high right now, but I also ask DotHealth to note that this process is not accessible to folks who cannot take time off of work multiple times a day, spur-of-the-moment. Also, the fact that you are assigned a random time slot is not accessible either. An easy way to address to this would be allowing for testing appointments to be made on the phone or online. When I went the following day for my testing appointment, it was smooth, fast, clean, and the staff were very friendly.
