I don't use their CRM product. Went for an off campus placement exam for job. TL;DR I didn't get selected. But I heard lot of employee stories like how the work environment , ethics and other perks for employees are really good. Nobody really wants to leave this company. I heard the idea is to recruit loyal middle class aspirant who knows life struggles(normally) and zoho's work environment and their salary is giving solution to their problems. Both employee and employer are loyal to each other. As for why I didn't selected, I really don't enjoy coding and I went along with my friend who wanted to work for them. He also didn't get the job. But it was a nice experience anyway.
