We bought a 2015 civic in Aug this year at Parkway Honda, it had front end damage that was disclosed to us and had been repaired. Recently there was issue with the front left edge of the bumper coming away due to broken clips. I called Pakway Honda and explained the issue and asked if it was covered. They advised no, but, said since you bought it recently, we strive to keep our customers happy, so bring it in for us to look at it. Used car Sales Manager Jon Damianidis said they would repair the damage and offered us a rental car all at no cost to us. Outstanding service and it gives me confidence they stand by their product. This will be the first place I go for my next car.
