After relocating to Denver from Pennsylvania three months ago, I was unfamiliar with the area and the employment opportunities available to me. I decided to try a temporary employment agency. JKent contacted me within one business day after I submitted my information and resume online. I was nervous for my interview, but Bailey and Karen were so warm and supportive. They not only inquired about my skills and abilities, but also my interests and career goals. I immediately began going on interviews with various well-respected companies throughout the Denver area, and JKent was with me every step of the way. I received phone calls before and after interviews, the main question always being how I felt about the opportunity and how I would like to proceed. While working a temporary position I would also receive calls from JKent, asking how I was doing and how the job was going. After being placed in a few temporary positions befitting to me, I received a temp-to-hire opportunity. I am now working full-time at a great organization with more compensation than I was originally seeking. JKent made the process of finding a respectable full-time position much less stressful than doing it on your own. The company made me feel supported and worked hard to keep me working while trying to find the right full-time fit for me. I highly recommend this staffing agency to anyone who is willing to work hard, but may be struggling to find opportunities.
