ordered for the first time. received an email saying parts were shipped , and would receive within 8 days to Ontario Canada . I waited 10 days and still no parts. Called customer service to ask where they were, and was told they have never left the warehouse! told them i needed them like now and asked if they would priority ship to me , since was there error. was very rudely told NO, and would have to wait the 8-10 days for re shipment. But i could pay more to ship faster.. cant wait any longer, going to buy local. first and last time using rockauto!!! side note, issued a fast refund.
