Unfortunately I've just bought my last piece of me...

Unfortunately I've just bought my last piece of merchandise from us outdoor store. After 10 years of being a pretty loyal customer, I finally encountered their Return Policy. Tried to return a pair of snowboard boots that I wore for 45 minutes because they were so uncomfortable that I had to rent a pair. ...and I got the shaft.
Dear REI, I will never stray again.
