Sam Andrei came to my house today to perform my bi-annual maintenance on my cooling/heating system. He completed his job expertly and professionally. I also asked him to change my old fashion thermostat with the Smart Thermostat I bought and he install it willingly. I want him to do all my maintenance work, he's great!!!
