Nice place and good people. But, when it is not hi...

Nice place and good people. But, when it is not highly occupied it took over five minutes for the hot water to reach the ninth floor. Plus there is nobody at valet parking after 11:00 pm so we had to park it ourselves. Room service breakfast was fast and good. Would have been five starts except for the water and parking.
