I chose Stonybrook realty because I worked for Bob Gannon years back with another real estate firm and felt a comfort and trust.

Bob listed my home and it was sold within the first open house. He answered my questions and provided sound and logical responses when I had questions with the sale process. He also provided guidance with the purchase of my new home. He listened and understood my concerns and didn't try to push a sale.

Overall, working with his team and going the the selling and buying processes was a great experience (even thru the stress of packing and looking for a new home). Stonybrook offers that one stop shopping experience ! I'm thankful all around.
